Disney Quits on Raven-Symone, and Hire Miley Cyrus?

This is just…bologna!!!

Disney is planning on releasing All-American Girl, and it is going to star Miley Cyrus as the lead.

We love Miley, but Raven-Symone was set to do the starring role as Samantha, back in 2005, she has mentioned it in many of her earlier interviews, and on Food Network’s Inside Dish with Rachael Ray.

I don’t understand why Disney would stop production on Raven-Symone, then a couple years later start promotion back up again, and hire Miley Cyrus.

The movie is set for a 2010 release!

The new Camp Rock poster has just hit the net!

Featuring Jonas Brothers, and introducing Demi Lovato, you may know her as the friend of Selena Gomez.

The Camp Rock DVD will be released August 19th, and will feature an Extended Ending.

Make sure to watch out for the premiere of Camp Rock on Disney Channel in June 2008! 🙂

Ashley Tisdale Is A Degree Girl!

 

While her normal gig consists of making huge hit teen movies, Ashley Tisdale is all about expanding her career.

Prior to shooting “High School Musical 3,” the blonde bombshell was spotted doing an ad for Degree deodorant at the Degree Girl Loft at the Universal Sheraton Hotel in Universal City.

Miss Tisdale was sporting a sexy grey and brown dress as she struck a pose for the cameras, endorsing her favorite line of personal hygiene product.

Now the Sharpay Evans actress is busy in Utah shooting the third installment of the tremendously popular “High School Musical” franchise. HSM 3 is slated to hit theaters October 24th.

Miley Cyrus: Future Reality Star?

Miley Cyrus and her mother Leticia were spotted out for what’s become a ritual stop at the local Coffee Bean in Los Angeles on Wednesday (April 2).

The Hannah Montana singer/actress sported a comfy velour tracksuit along with a cute blue cap, making faces and offering up her signature smile for the photogs.

In related news, Miley’s 20-year-old BFF Mandy Jiroux spoke to E! in an interview scheduled to air tonight.

Of turning her and Miley’s YouTube hits into something bigger, the backup dancer/coffee pal tells: “It would be cool to do a reality show probably maybe one day. Who knows? I love The Girls Next Door.”
