Getting ready to take care of his daily duties, Zac Efron was spotted outside of his Los Angeles residence on Tuesday (August 5) – only to find a few female fans waiting to meet their teen hunk hero.

Always a gentleman, the High School Musical star obliged to his groupies’ requests, posing for pictures and signing autographs before moving along on his way.

And now that High School Musical 3: Senior Year is almost upon us, Zac only has one thing on his mind – his future in film.

Talking to press, the Disney actor tells: “I’m looking for something new and exciting to do. I want to do something dark or a comedy. There’s tons of icons that I would love to work with on something new and exciting.”

Continuing on, Efron adds: “I want people to see that I have grown up and moved on. This will sadly be the last time we are all together, I know for sure – and I need a new start.”
