Continuing to add on to his growing rap sheet, Shia LaBeouf was booked for suspected DUI at 3am on Sunday morning (July 27) – released shortly thereafter to go to Cedar Sinai for medical attention.

According to breaking reports, the Transformers actor got into an early morning, two-vehicle car crash in which he sustained injuries to his hand requiring surgical repair.

“L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a two-vehicle collision at around 2:30 a.m.,” sheriff’s officials told E! News. “LaBeouf was allegedly making a left turn when his vehicle struck another.”

A female passenger in Shia’s car and the driver of the other car both sustained minor injuries and were taken to Cedar Sinai Medical Center, as well.
