Back in California following a promotional trip to New York City, Miley Cyrus spent six hours getting her hair done up at the Juan Juan hair salon in Beverly Hills on Saturday (July 26).

According to a source on the scene, the Hannah Montana starlet, who was accompanied by her mother Tish, got brand new hair extensions before the mother/daughter duo enjoyed some retail therapy at the nearby shops.

In related news, Miss Cyrus recently spoke to press about her inability to find a boyfriend – which she says is in part a result of the media linking her to so many guys whom she’s not even dating.

“It is hard when you’re hanging out with guys they are automatically your boyfriend, that’s what the media thinks,” Miley told, going on the plead for those in the industry to stop messing up her chances of finding Mr Right.
