Miley Cyrus is featured on a special People Magazine’s Collector’s Edition for July 2008.
“I think knowing which people I can trust and being more aware of my surroundings. … It’s like Dorothy. I’m not in Kansas anymore,” says Miley of the life lessons she’s mastered over the last year.
The issue features Hannah Montana behind the scenes pictures, cast photos, and more. It will be available this Friday!
